Comprehensive Management System (SGI) Policy
At Impulsora de Desarrollo Integral, S.A. de C.V., we are
committed to effectively comply with:
•
the satisfaction of our clients, fulfilling the commitments
undertaken within the scheduled timeframe and the planned
costs, based on the quality standards established in our
Comprehensive Management System (SGI);
•
safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries
and health hazards related to construction work and
administrative activities performed at IDINSA;
•
elimination of hazards and reduction of occupational
health and safety risks;
•
the identification, application and permanent tracking of
the legal requirements acquired by the organization;
•
continuous improvement of the Comprehensive
Management System (SGI);
•
the health and safety of personnel through the
prevention and control of occupational hazards;
•
participation and consultation of workers concerning
prevention;

environmental protection; and
•

The
current
scope
of
the
SGI
is
determined
through
the
analysis
of
the
organization's
context
in
the
Operational,
Support
and
Strategic
Processes
and
in
compliance
with
legal
and
regulatory
requirements.
The
requirements
of
the
stakeholders,
as
well
as
their
needs
and
expectations,
are
considered
in
the
planning
of
the
Comprehensive
Management
System.
These
stakeholders
consist
of
vendors,
clients,
competitors,
subcontractors,
shareholders/owners,
society/community/neighbors,
coworkers,
unions,
government,
visitors, chambers of commerce, and banks.
Legal
and
regulatory
requirements
are
integrated
within
this
analysis
framework,
and
are
addressed
and
developed
through
the
Comprehensive
Management
Assurance
Committee
on
a
regular
basis,
and
include
the
requirements
related
to
the
organization's
activities, the environment, and worker health and safety.
The
activities
undertaken
by
IMPULSORA
DE
DESARROLLO
INTEGRAL, S. A. DE C. V.
under the SGI scope include:
design,
procurement,
construction,
manufacturing,
and
installation
of
civil,
industrial,
and
oil
&
gas
projects
such
as:
bridges,
tunnels,
roads,
buildings,
urban
services,
water,
sanitation,
dams,
railways,
industrial
plants,
construction
of
metallic
structures,
pressure
vessels,
storage
tanks
for
hydrocarbons,
crude
oil
and/or
water
with
capacities
from
10
MBLS
to
500
MBLS,
process
towers,
gas
pipelines,
aqueducts,
electrical
facilities,
substations
and
related
infrastructure.
IMPULSORA

V.
has
the
capacity
to
exercise
authority
and
influence
in
its
SGI
based
on
the
definition
of
associated
responsibilities
at
the
different
levels
of
its
structure,
considering
the
applicable
industry
activities.
Such
responsibilities
are
documented
in
the
organization's
Comprehensive Management Manual.
The
company,
through
the
development
and
implementation
of
the
SGI,
aims
to
instruct
and
train
workers
on
how
to
proceed
and
deal
with
different
emergencies
that
may
arise
in
the
development
of
the
different
jobs,
to
act
in
coordination
to
protect
the
physical,
moral,
and intellectual integrity of all those who work in the organization.
The
company
also
expects
this
document
to
become
part
of
workers'
daily
routine
as
a
living
document
enhanced
by
the
experiences
and
observations
from
internal
and
external
personnel,
in
an
effort
to
mitigate
the
emergencies
that
cause
the
loss
of
lives,
lead to economic imbalance, and impact the environment.
The SGI is applied and implemented at the central offices located at

offering
national
coverage
services and at the sites specified by the client.
The
following
ISO
9001:
2015
requirements
are
considered
not
applicable:

client
has
the
necessary

the
development

the
project
and
IDINSA
only
meets
the
specifications
made
by
the client.
